Simple Ways to Incorporate Whey Protein into Your Diet

Most of us struggle to get enough protein in our diet. Protein is found in foods like lean meat, poultry, fish, and eggs. It can be difficult to eat enough of those foods while living a busy lifestyle. One way to help boost your protein intake is to add a high quality whey protein like BUILD to your day!   • Mix with just a bit of water or milk of choice to create a “syrup” for topping, dipping, or spreading on anything
    • Slowly add liquid as you mix until reaching desired consistency
    • Thicker consistency is better for dipping/spreading
      • Pretzels
      • Toast
      • Rice Cake
      • Banana
    • Thinner consistency is better for topping
      • Fruit Bowl
      • Pancakes
      • Ice Cream (If you want to feel better about eating ice cream)
  • Add one scoop to yogurt
    • Greek yogurt is a great option since it also is packed with protein
    • Add some granola and berries for a protein packed parfait
  • Add to smoothie for added protein
    • Smoothies are a great way to get in a lot of vitamins and nutrients
    • In a blender add:
      • Fruit of choice
      • Ice
      • Liquid of choice
      • One or two scoops of whey protein
